Good adaptations:
1) Making use of hybrid cars which use only sources of energy which don’t emit carbon dioxide. It only consumes water and air to move. This will reduce the amount of CO2 in the UAE.
2) The design of eco towers will help to reduce the amount of CO2 by 50% which will result in reducing the high temperature of the gulf region.
3) Cool cities are connected by public transportation such as light rail transit, it is better than having a car for every one in the city. That will help to reduce the CO2 emissions in the city.
Bad adaptations:
1) However, the cost of building cool cities is extremely high. That means not every country in
the world can afford to buy similar cities. Plus, there is a certain number of people who can live there.
2) Eco towers have a very complex design which makes it difficult to build and very expensive.
3) We will definitely use water in the city for cooling. That means we need more water day after day. I think it will be difficult because we don’t have enough water resources.
