TDIC projects

My partner Mohammad Al-hashemi and I researched Al Saadiyat Island Cultural Districts. You can see a PowerPoint presentation embedded below which will show you the best qualities about the project.

Firstly, let me talk about the least interesting project is Qasr Al Sarab because of its location which is near the border with Saudi Arabia. We are talking about nearly 400 kilometers away from Abu Dhabi and that will make it difficult for most people to reach that location. Further point is that sand storms are more likely to happen more than once a week. As the sand storm accrues, it will cause the outdoor swimming pools loose its fun factor. Plus in emergency cases it will be almost impossible to look for medical attention in a desert.

The project I liked the most is Al Saadiyat Island Cultural Districts because of its unique projects like Louver Abu Dhabi. Plus there will be many other projects like 29 hotels including a new seven-star property and 3 marinas. When we talk about a project on an island we are talking about a lot of fun activities like diving, fishing, Jet Ski, sailing and many other beach activities. In addition, it is located near Abu Dhabi which makes Al Saadiyat perfect place to live in since you can work in the city and live in the “Island of happiness”.

TDIC is playing a major role in developing the capital of UAE. These projects will make the life in this beautiful and peaceful country more comfortable than any country in this world.
